Downtown Buffalo development, Waterfront

Remediation process is moving along swiftly at the Aud (huge relief to see it finally happening) and the central wharf is nearing completion as the lighting fixtures and trees are being put in to complement the boardwalk that is almost entirely in place now.

Could this project possibly move any slower? When are the little historicy streets being put in? Any tenants for the historicy buildings that be built by someone to line the historicy streets?

Define “moving swiftly”. The Aud remediation/demolition project has moved slower than molasses. The ECHDC’s incompetence with the entire Inner harbor project is an absolute disgrace!

steel: the streets won’t be done until benderson fine tunes their own plan for the parcels
andrew: from what i hear the remediation process is going faster than expected and the site should either completely demolished or ready for complte demolition on october1st. i’ll take it.
