The glass is starting to fill up the Waterfront side of HealthNow HQ’s. It’s kinda flashy and i certainly a lot better than the side facing City Hall. The mix of the Gas Works facade mixes in better with the glass than I thought.

That was absolutely incredible. I came home from Architecture and the guys in my room who were watching it already gave up and turned to the WVU-Louisville game. We turned back to watch Boston extend the lead to 4-2.
Went to the ATM thinking the game was over, but when I came back 30min later I heard Rick Jeanarette’s voice yelling and four guys in the dorm all excited.

Yeeeah these guys are incredible.

Pleasant surprise walking around downtown today, leasing signs are up for “50 Court” aka “The McGuire Building”.
Buffalo is foreign to these kinds of signs, makes me feel like I’m in a sophisticated area where pre-lease signs are up for new office buildings and condos all over.

I got a little nervous about this project not going through after Issa came in strong to the market with the Statler and City Tower but I think this is 99.99% going to happen.

10 story office building, replacing a surface lot, designed like your typical Washington DC office building. Hoorah!
